Pat Phelan was recommended Guy Kawasaki’s “The Art of Start”. I watched this video of Guy speaking at TiECon last year. And now without doubt - I am ordering this on Amazon this afternoon.

I love some of his tips:

Presenting: “10/20/30 (10 slides, 20 minutes, size 30 font)”.

Bozo Explosion: “Only hire people better than you as A people hire A+ people, B people hire C people, C people hire D people. Let it go, and before you know it, you’ll be surrounded by Z people”
