28/03/07 Training: Introduction to Feedback

I’m currently on a fantastic training course - “Introduction to Feedback”. I’m learning how to both give & receive feedback with people. How to observe people objectively and then return a judgement to them. It’s all very good.

We’re also covering body language, with respect to influencing people to talk more openly, how to funnel deeper with them, and how to effectively listen to them.

One thing that stood out, this will be very useful for interviewing for recruitment in the future and also when I get my first line management role.
