Thursday & Friday this week comprised of a course “Problem Solving & Decision Making”. Very suitable to my new role as a problem analyst - and all in, a very good 2 days.

The most beneficial thing I learnt was the skill of isolating problems away from their symptoms, and defining the root cause. There were some elements of creative thinking, solution generation, brain-storming facilitation, data gathering & implementing change. I enjoyed it, and we got a great little reference hand manual for post-course usage.

The two photos above were taken on a (25 deg C in April) trip to Brighton beach & pier this weekend.
