10/05/07 Virtual Machine: Ubuntu Dapper

I just bought myself my first virtual machine to play with. It’s Ubuntu GNU/Dapper Drake 150MB RAM, 10GB Storage, 50GB transfer per month. It’s a little short on memory- but I can upgrade that over time. To keep it in theme, I gave it the hostname: clinic001.

I intend to post my experiences of setting it up on here. My first task is to get a LAMP stack running, and Ruby on Rails right after that. Once this is complete I’ll begin transferring my content.
