We use VHCS (http://vhcs.net) on a suse box for hosting and it has parts of Weeble Fm (http://weeblefm.sourceforge.net/) built in which mite help. Open source written in php, more info on freshmeat (http://freshmeat.net/projects/weeblefm/)</description>
