Mind you - out in Asia I did get a tailor made suit jacket, 2 pairs of trousers & 3 shirts. All made from a flat roll of material! nice. back from Asia - and I didn’t even wear the suit once!

A couple of years ago, I made a valiant attempt to cull content from my blog that was not directly related to my technology column. Then readers started getting upset that I lost my voice. So I let the personal stuff trickle onto the pages. The total validation came when a government minister told me something about my little girl that he would only have seen on my blog. He pays to read my stuff through an aggregator and confided that the soft and fluffy things helped him form a better judgment. I just try to keep things balanced now, without trying to be write only about technology's effects on culture. I would follow the whispers from your intelligent followers.
