SINGAPORE - A final post from S.E. Asia. I’m packed & ready to hit the airport for a BA flight to London. I like Paul Carr’s phrase ‘Technomadic’ for a person travelling and working with their life all with them.
I included the photo above as it shows with exception of my mountaineering equipment in my parents house, my entire worldly belongings. You will be amazed to find out in the biggest bag is a 22″ monitor & stand, a pair of rollerblades (essential city transport), about 12 books I want to keep, shoes, 2 suits, some presents for home and a frisbee!
The middle bag is all my clothes I own. That’s them all. Crazy.
The top bag is my hand luggage containing 2 laptops (Mac & PC), a docking station, 2 mobile phones, 3 sim cards, 2 more books, power cables, DVDs, Canon 400D SLR, Olympus waterproof happysnapper, financial docs, headphones, and a warm layer for the London rush-hour on the other-side.
Can’t believe that’s all me. I have a rule…
If I can’t fit it on a RyanAir flight, I can’t buy it.

thats good packing, i struggle keeping myself to 3 bags for a weeks holiday sometimes. I blame my g/f for making me carry her stuff.
Love the video, its been great seeing the sights from over here, I wanna visit asia sometime soon. might need to expand my eating habits though.

In the airport now… BA took the luggage. Fragile sticker on the bag with the 22in screen in it! Fingers crossed.
Its official - my life weighs 40kg. Pity my budget flight on thurs back to dub from london want it to only weigh 20kg. Could be fun.
Its an ocean colour scene song mark. Can’t remember the name.
Se Asia is worth a visit - I’m very glad I have. Thailand is magnetic to me.
